Plans and the free trial

Every Qoren plan pays for two things: hosting for a set number of agents, running all month, and a monthly allowance of credits for the work those agents do. This page explains how the plans differ, how the free trial works, and how to choose one.

Compare the plans#

Plans differ in how many agents they host, how far they can grow, and how many credits they include each month. The table below is live, so it always matches what you can buy.

One feature depends on the plan: API access, meaning the Qoren CLI, the SDK and the access tokens they sign in with. It is included on Ultimate, Business and Enterprise. On Starter and Pro the web console does all the same work, but a request made with a token is refused. A plan change reaches tokens already in use within about 30 seconds.

A few things are the same on every plan:

• All models are available, including frontier models. There is no model ladder by plan.
• You can bring your own model key. Model usage then goes to your own provider account instead of your credits. See bring your own model key.
• Usage beyond the monthly grant is paid in credits you top up yourself. Nothing is billed after the fact. See how credits work.

How the free trial works#

Every monthly plan starts with a 7-day free trial.

• A card is required, but it is not charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time before then and you pay nothing.
• You get one environment shaped like the plan you picked, so it holds that plan's agents, but it runs on capped trial hardware (1 vCPU / 2 GB) until the trial converts.
• API access follows the plan you picked. A trial of Ultimate or Business can use the CLI and the SDK; a trial of Starter or Pro cannot.
• The trial comes with a small credit allowance. To use managed models with Qoren's key during the trial, add credits, or connect your own model key instead.
• On day 7 the trial converts to the plan you picked and your card is charged. The hardware cap is lifted and the plan's full limits apply.
• One trial per account. Starting a second trial is refused.
• Annual billing has no trial. Choosing annual starts a paid subscription straight away.

Choose a plan#

You can open the plans from several places: the Choose a plan button on your Dashboard, Settings then Billing, or the prompt that appears when you try to launch your first agent without a plan.

1. Open the plans and pick Monthly or Annual · 2 months free at the top.
2. Pick the currency, USD or EUR. This is saved as your organization's billing currency.
3. On the plan you want, click Start Free Trial to begin the 7-day trial, or Subscribe now to pay today and skip the trial.
4. Finish checkout on the payment page. You come back to the console when it is done.

End the trial early#

If you want the full hardware before day 7, you can convert the trial now.

1. Go to Settings and open Billing.
2. Under your plan, click End trial now and pay.
3. Read the amount your card will be charged, then click Charge me now. Click Stay on trial to back out.

The paid subscription starts immediately and the hardware cap is lifted. This cannot be undone.
