Environment settings and logs
Every tab of a Qoren environment's page: its overview, agents and collaboration switch, setup logs, and the settings to resize, reassign or remove it.
On this page
Everything you can do to one environment lives on its own page. In the sidebar, click Environments, then click the environment's card. The page has four tabs down the left side.
1234- Overview (1): its status, size, agents, cost, client and uptime.
- Agents (2): the agents that live here, and the collaboration switch.
- Logs (3): the setup and deploy jobs that ran here.
- Settings (4): platform access, size, client, and removing the environment.
The Deploy an agent button at the top right starts the create an agent flow. Next to the environment's name, a short tag such as ACTIVE shows its current state.
Overview#
The Details card lists:
- Status: Running, Setting up, Resizing, Removing or Stopped. What an environment is explains each one.
- Size: how many agents it fits, with the older size name.
- Agents: how many agents live here out of how many fit, such as 2 of 2.
- Cost: its hourly rate in credits while it runs.
- Client: the client it works for, if you use agency clients. Click the name to open that client.
- Uptime: how long ago it was created.
Agents and collaboration#
The Agents card lists every agent on this environment. Click one to open it. With no agents yet, the card says so and offers Set up agent.
Once two or more agents share the environment, a Collaboration card appears below.
1Turn on Let these agents collaborate (1) to let the agents here message each other to hand off work. A teammate still asks before running risky actions on another agent's request. Every message they send each other is listed under Messages between agents. Turn the switch off to take that ability away again. Agents working together covers what they can do with it.
Logs#
The Logs tab lists recent jobs on this environment and its agents: creating and resizing the environment, and deploying, configuring or repairing its agents. Each row shows how long the job took, when it ran, and whether it succeeded.

Click a row to expand it and see each step with its output. When nothing has run lately, the tab says "Nothing recent." Logs are the first place to look when a resize or an agent setup did not finish; see setup is taking long for what to do next.
Settings#
The Settings tab has up to four cards.
Platform access#
Platform access sets what the agents on this environment may do through the Qoren MCP server. It is the ceiling: an agent can be narrowed further in its own settings, never widened past it. See the platform MCP.
Size#
Make the environment bigger so it holds more agents. See resize an environment for the steps and what happens to your agents.
Client#
This card appears if you use agency clients and have at least one client. It moves the environment, with all its agents, to another client or to No client.
12- Choose a client in the Client menu (1).
- Click Move (2).
Usage from then on counts toward the client you picked. What the environment already used stays with the client it was recorded under. See cost per client.
Danger zone#
Remove permanently deletes the environment and every agent running on it.
- Click Remove. The card lists what will be deleted.
- Type the environment's name in the box (1) to confirm.
- Click Destroy (2).
12A Removing card shows the progress, and you return to the Environments page when it is done. Once removed:
- The environment's hourly billing stops.
- Its agents are deleted. They are listed under Deleted agents on the Agents page, where you can look at what they had or bring one back from a backup. See remove or restore an agent.
- Email inboxes that belonged to its agents are kept, not deleted. Reassign or cancel them on the Email page; see agent email.
Frequently asked questions#
Why can't I see the Collaboration card?
It appears once at least two agents live on the environment, or if collaboration was turned on before.
Why is the Client card missing from Settings?
It only shows when your account has agency clients and you have added at least one client. See agency clients.
Do I get my agents back if I remove an environment by mistake?
The environment cannot be restored, but its agents appear under Deleted agents. Any agent with a backup can be brought back onto another environment.
