What happens on the call
Self-serve demo, 20 minutes
We share a screen and walk through Qoren using the job you described: deploy a template, set its schedule, and read what it produces. You leave knowing whether to start the free trial.
Guided setup, 90 minutes, $300
We work on your own account, from the job you described, until your first agent runs on its schedule. Agencies usually set up the first client environment in this session.
After the session
If you want more of it done for you, we scope Done-for-you setup or bespoke onboarding and send a quote. The guided setup session fee counts toward Done-for-you setup.

Is the demo free?
The 20 minute self-serve demo is free. The 90 minute guided setup session costs $300, paid when you book.
How do you choose which call I get?
You tell us your budget, we recommend a package, and you choose. Pick the self-serve demo and you get the free 20 minute call. Pick guided setup, Done-for-you setup or bespoke onboarding and you get the 90 minute guided setup session, where we put your first agent live on your own account.
What does Done-for-you setup include?
We build and deploy your agents around one real workflow, then hand them over running. It costs $2,000 in total: the guided setup session fee counts toward it, and we invoice the rest after the session.
Do I need a Qoren account before the call?
Not for the self-serve demo. For guided setup, we can create your account together at the start of the session.
Can I reschedule, cancel or get a refund?
Your confirmation email from Cal.com has links to reschedule or cancel. Cancel a paid guided setup session at least one business day before its scheduled time and Cal.com refunds it.
Can I skip the call and start on my own?
Yes. Every monthly plan starts with a 7-day free trial, and the templates and docs cover setup step by step.
