The company
Magentic Studio is a small, independent software studio based in Portugal. It owns and operates Qoren, the managed hosting platform for OpenClaw and Hermes agents, and holds the trademarks for both names. Being small is worth stating rather than hiding: there is no sales floor and no account tiers of support theater. The people who build the platform are the people who answer the email.
The founder
Qoren is built by David Silva, who also writes the free agent course on this site under his own name. You can find him at silvahimself.com.

Why Qoren exists
Open agent runtimes made it easy to build an agent and left running one as homework: a machine that never sleeps, secret handling, updates, monitoring, and a bill that does not surprise you. Qoren exists to do that operations work as a product, so an agent that is useful on your laptop can become a service that works while you sleep.
How it is operated
The platform runs agent environments on dedicated DigitalOcean machines, encrypts stored secrets, monitors environment health, and publishes service status publicly. The security page describes the setup in detail, and the legal pages name the entity, the governing law, and the data handling commitments.

Run OpenClaw or Hermes without managing infrastructure.
Deploy a managed agent environment, configure the runtime, and keep the agent online without Docker, VPS setup, or server maintenance.
