Open agent runtimes made it easy to build an agent and left running one as homework: a machine that never sleeps, secret handling, updates, monitoring, and a bill that does not surprise you. Qoren does that operations work as a product. Each environment is a dedicated, isolated cloud machine, each agent on it runs as its own system user with hard memory and CPU limits, stored secrets are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, and model spend stops at a hard cap.
Qoren is built and operated by Magentic Studio, an independent software studio in Portugal founded and run by David Silva.

Another company has a similar name, so a few notes on writing ours.
- Write Qoren, with a capital Q and the rest in lowercase.
- Write Qoren on its own, without AI after it. qoren.ai is a separate company with a similar name, and the two are easy to confuse.
- Qoren (qoren.sh) is built by Magentic Studio in Portugal and is not affiliated with qoren.ai or with other companies named Qoren or Qore.
- Where the name alone could be ambiguous, write Qoren (qoren.sh) on first mention. The domain is always lowercase.
- Qoren is the product and Magentic Studio is the company: Magentic Studio builds and operates Qoren, and is the legal entity named in the terms of service.
