Everything Qoren does for your agents
Hosting is the start. Qoren also schedules your agents, backs them up, keeps their keys in an encrypted vault, checks their health, can ask you before an agent acts, and stops spending at zero credits. Every feature below links to the page that explains it.
Run agents around the clock
Agents live on private cloud computers that Qoren sets up and keeps running, so nothing depends on a laptop lid or a VPS you maintain.
Managed environments
Each environment is a private computer your agents live and work on. Pick a size by how many agents it holds: 1, 2, 5 or 10.
OpenClaw, Hermes and Codex
Run agents on any of the three runtimes, from the same console, with the same vault and the same credits.
Schedules
Give an agent scheduled tasks, see what runs next, and pause a task without deleting it.
Webhook triggers
Wake an agent when cal.com, GitHub, Stripe or any signed webhook fires. Pick events, write rules, test it and read the delivery log.
Agents that work together
Agents in the same environment can message each other and hand off work, and you can read every message they exchange.
Move an agent
Move an agent to a bigger environment or another region, keeping its memory, files, keys, mailbox and spend history.
Keep agents safe and recoverable
The upkeep a self-hosted agent never gets: backups, key storage, health checks and a way back when something breaks.
Automatic backups
Every agent is backed up about every four hours when something changed. Back up on demand, download a copy, or restore an earlier point.
Encrypted vault
API keys and credential files are encrypted at rest and reach only the agents you hand them to. Every reveal of a value is logged.
Health checks and repair
Each agent's health is checked every few minutes. A repair reinstalls its runtime and keeps its memory and keys.
Undo a removal
Removing an agent keeps a final backup, so you can bring it back later on any environment.
Data export
Download a copy of your account data as a JSON file from Settings whenever you want it.
Stay in control
Decide what an agent may do on its own, see what it is doing, and step in when you want to.
Approvals
Set a trigger to Propose only, or put a Hermes agent in approval mode, and approve or deny each action from one Approvals page.
Agent permissions
Choose which Qoren tools each agent may call. Tools that can do lasting damage, like removing an agent, always ask first.
Activity view
See what an agent is doing now, what it needs you to approve, what it did in the last day and what it will do next.
Browser terminal
Open a live terminal inside an agent's workspace from its Shell tab when you want to look under the hood.
Workspace files
Upload, write, edit and download the reference files an agent works from, or upload a whole .zip at once.
Know what you spend
Usage is prepaid and capped, so an agent left alone overnight cannot run up a bill.
Prepaid credits with a hard stop
Agents spend the monthly grant first, then credits you topped up, and pause at zero. There is no open-ended metered billing.
Spend controls
Automatic top-ups, usage alerts by email or webhook, and a monthly budget that can pause agents.
Usage reports
A statement of credits in and out by category for any date range, with grants, top-ups and expiries.
Bring your own key
Run every agent on your own OpenRouter key, on any plan, so model usage is billed by OpenRouter instead of in credits.
Codex on your ChatGPT plan
Sign a Codex agent in to your own ChatGPT plan with a one-time device code, from the console or the CLI.
Reach agents where work happens
Agents answer in the apps you already use and connect to the tools they need.
Agent email inboxes
Give an agent its own email address to read, reply and send reports from. A mailbox is a flat monthly charge in credits.
Telegram, Slack and Discord
Message a Hermes or OpenClaw agent through its own bot, and have its scheduled results land there too.
Platform MCP
Every agent gets a Qoren tool server to look itself up, message other agents, share files as links and read usage, with only the tools you switch on.
Skill library
Write reusable know-how once as a SKILL.md with its files, then hand it to any agent that needs it.
Start fast, or bring your own
Deploy a ready-made agent, save your own as a template, or move an agent you already run.
Agent templates
Ready-to-deploy agents, each with a job, a schedule and a deliverable. Search and filter the gallery, then deploy one or customize a copy.
Your own templates
Save a persona, runtime, size, scheduled tasks, files and tools as a reusable template of your own.
Migrate an existing agent
Move a Hermes, OpenClaw or Codex agent off a VPS or laptop. One script exports it, and Qoren deploys it with its memory and skills.
CLI and TypeScript SDK
Script environments, agents, secrets, scheduled tasks and webhooks from the qoren command line or @qoren/sdk.

Frequently asked questions
Short answers to what people ask before they trust an agent host with real work.
Does Qoren back up my agents?
Yes. Qoren backs up every agent automatically, about every four hours when something has changed, and keeps the newest 42 backups, about a week of history. You can also back up on demand, download a backup, or restore an agent to an earlier point. Backups never contain the agent's keys.
Backups and restoreWhere are my API keys stored?
In the vault. Every value is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, lists show names and never values, and every reveal is logged. A key reaches only the agents you hand it to, and each agent runs as its own user, so one agent cannot read another agent's keys.
Secrets and the vaultCan an agent run up a surprise bill?
No. Agents draw from prepaid credits, the monthly grant first and then credits you topped up, and they pause at zero. Automatic top-up, usage alerts and a monthly budget decide what happens before that point.
Spend controlsWhich features need a higher plan?
Most features come with every plan. API access (the CLI, the SDK and access tokens) is included on the Ultimate, Business and Enterprise plans, and so are the agency tools: Clients, cost per client and Proposals. Team member seats are free, and each plan sets how many people can join.
