Lead forms: send website forms into your leads

Connect your website forms, form tools, Zapier or Make to Qoren leads, or use a Qoren-hosted form. Each submission becomes a lead, and spam goes to a folder.

LeadsReleased by David Silva

In this release

  • A Forms tab on Leads. Each form has one endpoint URL, and every submission to it becomes an inbound lead.
  • Step-by-step setup for your own website, Webflow, Framer, WordPress, Carrd, Tally, Typeform, Jotform, Fillout, Zapier, Make, n8n and Wix.
  • Your team gets an email for each new lead, and Reply within puts a reply-by date on it, so it waits on Today.
  • Spam lands in a Spam folder you can recover from, with allowed domains, signing secrets and your own Turnstile to keep it out.
  • No form of your own? Build a Qoren-hosted form and link to it or embed it.

Leads is where an agency keeps the people it is talking to. Until now, a lead from your own website had to be added by hand. Lead forms connect the forms you already have, on your site or in a form tool, so every submission arrives as a lead on its own. The full walkthrough is in the lead forms docs.

One URL per form

Open Leads, click the Forms tab and click New form. Name it, say where the form is, and Qoren gives it an endpoint URL. Send the form there in whichever way suits the page:

  • A script for a form in your own HTML. It sends the form, adds a spam trap and shows the reply under the form.
  • A plain HTML form that posts straight to the URL, for pages that cannot run scripts. The visitor lands on your own thank-you page, or on a Qoren one.
  • JSON from your own code, a server or an automation.

The Install tab shows the steps for the tool you picked: Webflow, Framer, WordPress (Elementor Pro, WPForms, Gravity Forms, Fluent Forms or Contact Form 7), Carrd, Tally, Typeform, Jotform, Fillout, Zapier, Make, n8n or Wix. A live line under the URL says when the first submission arrives, so you can test it straight away.

A lead that waits for your reply

Each submission becomes an inbound lead with everything the form sent. It shows on Inbound with the form's name, and on Today as Reply to their form until someone moves it past New.

  • Who gets the email picks the team members who hear about each new lead. The email's reply-to is the person who sent the form.
  • Reply within gives each new lead a reply-by date, in hours or business days.
  • The Fields tab says what each field of your form becomes on the lead.

Spam goes to a folder

Every form checks each submission for a spam trap, how fast it was filled in and throwaway email addresses. What it catches goes to the form's Spam folder instead of being thrown away, and Not spam turns one back into a lead. You can also:

  • list the allowed domains whose pages may send to the form,
  • add a shared secret for Zapier, Make, n8n or your server,
  • paste the signing secret of a tool that signs what it sends,
  • and add your own Turnstile check to your form.

No form of your own

The Hosted page tab builds a simple form page that Qoren hosts: a title, an intro, the fields you choose and a thank-you message, with a live preview. Share its link, or embed it in any page of your site. The page checks each submission for a person and is kept out of search engines.

Lead forms are part of Leads, so they are there wherever Leads is on. Who can see, create, change and delete forms follows the leads permissions on the Settings, Team tab, as described in team members.

Questions about this release

Is a form's endpoint URL a secret?

No. It sits in your page's code, where anyone can read it. If someone misuses it, click Get a new URL on the form's Install tab. For a form fed by Zapier, Make or a server, add a shared secret so only your automation can send to it.

What happens when the same person sends a form twice?

When the same form gets the same email address or phone number again within 24 hours, Qoren updates their lead and adds the new submission to its timeline instead of adding a second lead.

What does a submission need to become a lead?

An email address or a phone number. A submission with neither is turned away, and the visitor sees "Please enter an email address or phone number."
