In this release
- Send a client link instead of a PDF; the client ticks add-ons, requests changes or accepts.
- Review with AI flags consistency, risk, profit and clarity problems, then proposes fixes you apply one by one.
- Offer a paid upfront price, list integrations, and say how each side works with the agents.
- Reorder every section of the document, edit text straight on the page, and give add-ons a one-time and a monthly price.
Proposals is where an agency quotes a client for the agents it will run for them. This release takes a proposal the rest of the way: from a draft you print, to a link the client can accept, with a second pair of eyes before it goes out. The full walkthrough is in the Proposals docs.
Send the client a link
Open a proposal, click the Client link tab and click Create client link. Your client opens it without an account and reads the same document you would print. On the link they can:
- Tick optional add-ons, which update their price at once.
- Request changes. Everyone in your account who can edit proposals gets an email, and the request shows on the tab until you click Mark handled.
- Accept the proposal. Qoren records who accepted, when, and the add-ons they chose, marks the proposal accepted and emails your team.
The client sees a copy of the proposal as it was when you created the link, never your costs, margin or private brief. When you change the proposal afterwards, the tab tells you the client sees an older version and lets you send them the current one.
Review it with AI before you send it
Review with AI reads the whole proposal, prices and margin included, and returns a short verdict with flags ranked high, medium or low. It checks five things: consistency, client value, agency risk, profitability and clarity.
Tick the flags you want fixed and click Propose fixes. Each fix shows the text or setting before and after, and its effect on your price, profit and margin. Apply the ones you agree with; nothing changes until you do.
More control over the offer
- Paid upfront. Offer a number of months paid in one go, with its own discount off the monthly fee, the setup fee or both. The monthly price stays beside it.
- Integrations. List the platforms, APIs and MCP servers the agents connect to, who manages each one, and which agents use it.
- How we work together. Say who works with the agents, where and what for, for your team and for the client.
- Add-ons with two prices. An add-on can now carry a one-time price, a monthly price, or both.
- A title, a project goal and deliverables on the first page.
Shape the document
The Document tab now has a Section order: drag the blocks of the first page and the detailed pages into the order you want, or move them from the bar that appears when you hover a section in the preview. You can also click any text in the preview and edit it where it stands. Prices are the exception, because they always follow from the pricing.
Questions about this release
Can a client accept a Qoren proposal without an account?
Yes. A client link opens without an account. The client reads the proposal, ticks the optional add-ons they want, and can request changes or accept it.
What happens if I change a proposal after sending the link?
The client keeps seeing the version you shared. The Client link tab tells you they see an older version, and Update the client's version sends them the current one, keeping the add-ons they ticked.
Can the AI review change my prices?
Only if you apply a fix that does. The review first lists flags and changes nothing. Each proposed fix shows its effect on your price, profit and margin before you click Apply.
