GoHighLevel pricing, explained
HighLevel's plan price is the part everyone quotes, and it is the smallest part of the bill for many agencies. Phone, SMS, email and AI usage run through a prepaid wallet, AI Employee plans are charged per sub-account, and several features are paid add-ons. Here is every number, read from HighLevel's own pricing page and help center on 30 September 2026, in US dollars as HighLevel shows them.

The three plans, and what separates them
Every plan includes the core product: CRM and pipelines, the website and funnel builder, email and SMS marketing, calling, workflow automation, booking calendars, payments and invoicing, reputation management, courses, communities and the HighLevel mobile app, with unlimited contacts and unlimited users. The plans differ in how many clients you can run and how you can bill them. HighLevel says it runs month to month with no long-term contract, and a mid-month upgrade is charged the prorated difference. Enterprise is priced by its sales team and adds dedicated account management, HIPAA compliance and the white label mobile app.
- Starter, $97 a month: 3 sub-accounts. HighLevel pitches it at smaller businesses, solo marketers and new agencies.
- Unlimited, $297 a month: unlimited sub-accounts, rebilling of phone and email at cost (no markup) and basic API access.
- Agency Pro, $497 a month: SaaS Mode, automated sub-account creation, rebilling of phone and email with markup, user and agent reporting, and advanced API access.
- Annual billing: $970, $2,970 and $4,970 a year, which is ten months of the monthly price.
What you pay on top of the plan: the wallet
HighLevel's help center describes its pricing as a subscription plus usage-based charges taken from an agency wallet. When a supported service is used, the charge comes out of the wallet, and when the balance falls below your minimum, HighLevel charges your card to refill it. The pricing page marks Conversation AI, Voice AI, Reviews AI, email and SMS marketing and calling with an asterisk for usage-based charges. Budget for these per client, because they scale with how busy each client's account is.
- LC Phone: priced at the same amount as Twilio, according to the help center.
- LC Email: $0.675 per 1,000 emails on every plan.
- Email validation: $2.50 per 1,000 validations.
- WhatsApp: $10 a month per enabled sub-account, plus usage.
- WordPress hosting: from $10 a month per site.
- Workflow premium actions: $0.01 per execution.

What GoHighLevel charges for AI
HighLevel's AI Employee is sold three ways, and the choice is made per sub-account. Pay-per-use has no monthly fee and bills each AI action. AI Employee Growth costs $50 a month per enabled sub-account and includes 1,000 Conversation AI responses and 100 Voice AI minutes a month. AI Employee Unlimited costs $97 a month per enabled sub-account, with unlimited Conversation AI and Voice AI that HighLevel describes as unlimited subject to fair use. On both plans, phone system charges are separate. HighLevel's own article advises confirming the latest AI pricing in your account before you quote a client.
- Voice AI on pay-per-use: a $0.045 per minute voice engine charge, plus text to speech from $0.015 per minute (OpenAI or Cartesia voices) up to $0.170 per minute (ElevenLabs V3), plus the model's token cost.
- Conversation AI on pay-per-use: billed by tokens, for example $1.25 per million input tokens and $10.00 per million output tokens on GPT-5.
- Reviews AI: $0.01 per review. Content AI: $0.063 per image and $0.0945 per 1,000 words.
- Rebilling AI Employee usage to your clients requires the $497 Agency Pro plan.

SaaS Mode, rebilling and the paid add-ons
SaaS Mode is the reason many agencies pay for Agency Pro. HighLevel describes it as turning the platform into your own software product: you sell subscriptions from your website, client accounts are created automatically, and you set the price. Rebilling is the other half. On Unlimited you can pass phone and email costs to a sub-account at cost; on Agency Pro you can add a markup and keep the difference. HighLevel still charges the agency first, and your own Stripe account charges the sub-account, so rebilling is a mechanism for recovering costs, not a discount on them.
- White label mobile app: $497 a month (included on Enterprise).
- Branded client portal app: $49 a month per sub-account.
- SEO, powered by Search Atlas: $79 a month per sub-account. Online listings management: $30 a month per sub-account.
- Premium support: $500 a month. HIPAA compliance: $297 a month. Dedicated email IPs: $59 a month per IP.
- The pricing page says most add-ons can be resold with your own markup on Agency Pro.

What ten clients cost on GoHighLevel: a worked example
Plan price alone understates the bill, so run the numbers for an agency with ten clients. Starter stops at 3 sub-accounts, so ten clients means Unlimited at $297 a month, or $247.50 a month on annual billing. Turn on AI Employee Growth for every client and that adds 10 x $50, so $500 a month, for $797 before any wallet usage. If you want to rebill that AI usage or mark up phone and email, you need Agency Pro, which makes it $997 a month before usage. Wallet charges for calls, texts, email and AI beyond the plan allowances come on top and depend on each client's volume. This is arithmetic on HighLevel's published list prices, not a quote; your account may show different terms.
What the price buys that Qoren does not do, and where Qoren fits
Be fair about the comparison: most of what HighLevel charges for is not something Qoren offers. HighLevel is the system an agency runs its clients' marketing on, with the CRM, funnels, websites, phone and SMS, calendars, payments, a white-labelled app clients log in to, and SaaS Mode to sell it all as your own software. Qoren is not a CRM and has none of that. It runs managed OpenClaw, Hermes and Codex agents that do scheduled or triggered work for each client, such as lead follow-up, review replies, research, reporting or AI visibility tracking, each client in its own isolated environment, all from one console. Many agencies would keep HighLevel for the pipeline and add Qoren for the agent work.
- Ultimate ($169/mo, up to 10 environments) and Business ($499/mo, no environment limit) are the plans built for running several clients, each in its own isolated environment, and both include API access.
- Qoren bills you, never your client. There is no SaaS Mode or rebilling: you read what each client cost you and add your margin on your own invoice.
- Spend is prepaid credits under one account budget with alerts or an automatic pause, so agent usage cannot run past what you set.
- No client logins, rebranded app, custom domains or client-facing reports.

Frequently asked questions
How much does GoHighLevel cost per month?
As of 30 September 2026, $97 a month for Starter (3 sub-accounts), $297 for Unlimited and $497 for Agency Pro, per HighLevel's pricing page. Usage for phone, SMS, email and AI comes on top from a prepaid wallet, and AI Employee plans cost $50 or $97 a month per sub-account where you turn them on.
Is GoHighLevel cheaper if you pay yearly?
Yes. The yearly prices are $970, $2,970 and $4,970, ten times the monthly price, so a year costs the same as ten months. Unlimited works out to $247.50 a month on annual billing.
Does GoHighLevel have a free trial or a contract?
Every self-serve plan has a 14-day free trial, and HighLevel says it runs month to month with no long-term contract. Its pricing page also notes that billing starts automatically when the trial ends and that usage fees for phone and other services can apply during the trial.
What is the difference between Unlimited and Agency Pro?
Both allow unlimited sub-accounts. Agency Pro adds SaaS Mode, automated sub-account creation, rebilling of phone and email with your own markup, user and agent reporting and advanced API access. According to HighLevel's help center, rebilling AI Employee usage to clients also needs Agency Pro.
Does GoHighLevel charge extra for AI?
Yes. The pricing page marks Conversation AI, Voice AI and Reviews AI as carrying usage-based charges. You pay per use, or $50 a month per sub-account for AI Employee Growth or $97 for AI Employee Unlimited, with phone system charges separate.
Is Qoren a cheaper alternative to GoHighLevel?
Not like for like, because Qoren is not a CRM or marketing suite and does not replace what most of the HighLevel bill pays for. It covers the AI agent layer: always-on agents per client, in an isolated environment each, under one account budget. Compare it with the part of HighLevel you would actually replace.
Run every client's agents from one console.
Give each client an isolated environment with its own credentials, deliver the work under your name or done-for-you, and keep the whole account inside one budget.
