- The free AI automation proposal generator now builds the full proposal: agents, pricing, ways to pay, a timeline and where the client stands today.
- Price it from your own costs per agent, set your margin, and watch price, cost, profit and margin as you work. None of it prints.
- No account, and nothing you write is sent to us. Proposals are saved in your browser as you type, and print or save as a PDF.
- Choose Save to an account to sign up or in, and Proposals offers to add the ones saved in your browser, images included.
The free AI automation proposal generator used to fill in a short, plain proposal. It is now the proposal builder from Proposals in the console, on the same page, with no account behind it.
The whole proposal
Build it on the left and read the client's document on the right as you type. It lays the proposal out in the order a client decides: a cover with the price at a glance, where they stand today, what you will set up, what changes for them, how you will deliver it, the investment and the next steps.
- Each agent, with what it does, how it works step by step and the tools it connects to.
- Monthly and setup prices, discounts, optional add-ons and several ways to pay.
- A timeline of the work, and the figures and images that show where the client stands today.
- Headings you can rename, sections you can reorder, pages that start where you choose, and pages of your own.
Not sure where to start? Open an example loads a complete proposal to look through or rewrite.
Priced from your own costs
Enter what each agent costs you a month: what the model provider charges, and anything else such as hosting, tools or your team's time. Set your margin and the builder suggests each price, in dollars or euros. A strip above the editor shows the price, cost, profit and margin as you work; none of it prints on the document.
Saved in your browser
There is nothing to sign up for. Your proposals are saved in your browser as you type, nothing you write is sent to us, and Print or save as PDF gives you the document to send. Keep as many as you like and switch between them at the top.
Into your account when you are ready
To send a proposal as a link your client accepts and pays on, choose Save to an account. Once you are signed up or in, Proposals offers to add the proposals saved in your browser, with their images and status. There, each agent is costed at Qoren's rates and keeps the price the generator suggested, and the AI writer and the client link are yours to use. The details are in the proposals docs.
Questions about this release
Is the proposal generator free?
Yes. It needs no account, and it keeps your proposals in your browser, so nothing you write is sent to us.
Does the free generator write the proposal with AI?
No. You write it, with an example to start from. The AI writer and the client link are in Proposals in a Qoren account.
What happens to my prices when I add a proposal to my account?
Each agent keeps the price the generator suggested, now costed at Qoren's rates. A price quoted as a range is worked out again from those costs.
