Synthflow vs Qoren
Synthflow is a voice AI platform for automating phone calls: answering and placing calls, booking appointments and receptionist work, sold to enterprises and through a white-label offer for agencies. Qoren does not make or take phone calls. It runs always-on agents that do recurring client work, such as lead follow-up by email, client reports and AI search tracking, in an isolated environment per client.

What is Synthflow?
Synthflow calls itself an enterprise voice AI platform with in-house telephony. Its agents answer inbound calls, make outbound calls, book appointments and send SMS follow-ups, on its native telephony or SIP trunking, and its pricing page says it powers more than 65 million voice calls a month. Its agency page offers a white-label voice agent platform: sub-accounts for each customer, minutes allocated and rebilled per sub-account, and your own logos and domains. The pricing page says enterprise contracts start at $30,000 a year, while its homepage FAQ says you can build an agent free and pay as you go once it launches.
Choose Qoren if you
- Sell recurring work, such as lead follow-up, client reports or AI search tracking, done by agents that run 24/7 on a schedule.
- Want each client in its own isolated environment, with its own keys and its cost tracked in dollars.
- Quote each client from your real platform cost in Proposals and bill them on your own invoice.
- Are happy with commercial white-label: your price and your name on the work, without a client login.
Choose Synthflow if you
- Sell AI phone agents that answer and place calls and book appointments.
- Need telephony, SIP trunking and call routing at volume.
- Want a white-label voice platform with sub-accounts and rebilled minutes.
- Can commit to an enterprise contract for voice.
Switching from Synthflow as an agency?
Why agencies switch
- Most recurring client work, such as reporting and follow-up, happens in email and documents, not on calls.
- An enterprise voice contract is a large first step for a small agency.
- You want to prove a recurring service on one client before committing.
How Qoren fits
- Monthly plans, with agency features from $169/mo (Ultimate).
- An isolated environment and a cost line per client.
- Templates for lead follow-up, client reporting and review monitoring.
An honest note
If your agency sells AI phone agents, such as a receptionist that answers every call and books appointments, Synthflow is a voice specialist and Qoren is the wrong tool: Qoren has no voice or telephony. Synthflow's published contract price is an enterprise commitment, though, so check its pay-as-you-go terms before you plan a first small client. Qoren suits the client work that is not a phone call: agents that follow up leads by email, write and send client reports, and watch reviews or AI search for each client, on a monthly plan.
Frequently asked questions
Is Qoren a Synthflow alternative?
Not for voice. Synthflow automates phone calls, and Qoren has no voice or telephony. Qoren replaces Synthflow only for the client work that is not a phone call, such as follow-up emails, client reports and AI search tracking.
Can Qoren answer my clients' phone calls?
No. Qoren agents work through email inboxes, chat channels such as Slack, Telegram and Discord, the web and connected tools. For phone calls, use a voice platform such as Synthflow.
How do Synthflow and Qoren prices compare?
Synthflow's pricing page says enterprise contracts start at $30,000 a year, and its homepage FAQ describes a free build followed by pay-as-you-go calls (both checked 10 October 2026). Qoren starts at $39 a month on Starter, and its agency features (clients, cost per client and Proposals) start on Ultimate at $169 a month.
Can an agency use Synthflow and Qoren together?
Yes. Synthflow can answer a client's phone line while Qoren agents handle the scheduled work around it, such as the weekly report or a daily check on new reviews.
