Voiceflow vs Qoren
Voiceflow is a platform for designing, launching and improving customer-facing AI agents across chat and voice, used by CX teams and by agencies that build agents for clients. Qoren runs a different kind of agent: always-on agents that do recurring work in the background for each client, such as lead follow-up, client reports and AI search tracking, with an isolated environment and a cost line per client.

What is Voiceflow?
Voiceflow describes itself as the AI agent platform that helps CX teams own every customer interaction. You design agents that balance agentic playbooks with deterministic workflows, deploy them across chat and voice, and evaluate them with an observability suite, with development, staging and production environments hosted by Voiceflow. Its pricing page has a plan for agencies and partners: build agents for clients and manage deployments, billing and performance from one platform, with multi-client workspace management, white-labeling and client handoff tools, and usage-based billing. A Voiceflow blog post says more than 200 agencies use it to offer a branded agent builder to their clients.
Choose Qoren if you
- Sell recurring work, such as lead follow-up, client reports or AI search tracking, done by agents that run 24/7 on a schedule.
- Want each client in its own isolated environment, with its own keys and its cost tracked in dollars.
- Quote each client from your real platform cost in Proposals and bill them on your own invoice.
- Are happy with commercial white-label: your price and your name on the work, without a client login.
Choose Voiceflow if you
- Build customer-facing support or sales agents for chat and voice.
- Want a visual designer that controls every step of a conversation.
- Want to hand clients a branded agent builder with white-labeling.
- Need development, staging and production environments for each agent.
Switching from Voiceflow as an agency?
Why agencies switch
- The client needs work done between conversations, not another conversation flow.
- A recurring job, such as a weekly report, fits a scheduled agent better than a chat flow.
- You want a cost line per client to put on your own invoice.
How Qoren fits
- Agents that run on a schedule, with their own inbox, tools and chat channels.
- An isolated environment per client, with keys scoped to that client.
- Cost per client and Proposals for quoting, on the agency plans.
An honest note
If your agency builds customer-facing agents, such as a support assistant on a client's website or a voice agent on their phone line, and you want to hand clients a branded builder, Voiceflow is made for that and Qoren is not: Qoren has no visual conversation designer, no voice channel and no client logins. Qoren is for the work behind the conversation: agents with their own inbox and tools that run on a schedule, follow up leads, write the weekly report and track how AI search describes each client, every client in its own environment.
Frequently asked questions
Is Qoren a Voiceflow alternative?
Not for customer-facing conversations. Voiceflow designs chat and voice agents that talk to your client's customers. Qoren runs agents that do recurring back-office work for each client. If you sell support or voice agents, choose Voiceflow.
Does Qoren have a visual flow builder like Voiceflow?
No. You give a Qoren agent a job, a schedule, tools and instructions, or start from a template, and it works out the steps itself. There is no canvas where you draw each turn of a conversation.
How do Voiceflow and Qoren prices compare?
Voiceflow's pricing page lists no prices: agencies get a free trial and then usage-based billing, and businesses request pricing (checked 10 October 2026). Qoren starts at $39 a month on Starter, and its agency features (clients, cost per client and Proposals) start on Ultimate at $169 a month.
Can an agency use Voiceflow and Qoren together?
Yes. Voiceflow can run the agent on a client's website or phone line while Qoren agents do the scheduled work in the background, such as the monthly report or lead follow-up.
